In 2001, Rennu Dhillon had a vision—to teach every child to “Think, Lead, and Communicate.” That summer, the first Genius Kids location opened its doors, offering science camps that uniquely integrated public speaking. The response was phenomenal, paving the way for the creation of a comprehensive, award-winning curriculum where public speaking is embedded into every subject. That was the beginning of the well-known franchise Genius Kids which boasts several centers between California and Pennsylvania.

Since then, hundreds of children have graduated from the program. Genius Kids prodigies stand out in any crowd—with their confident presence, dynamic public speaking skills, and strong communication.
Rennu has been hosting Win With Words Public Speaking Competitions since 2005, and has taught both in-person and online classes. Her unique approach—using poems, storytelling, class discussions, science topics, and character-building modules—has made public speaking fun and accessible for all learners.
